Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Hoodbet is dedicated to maintaining the highest integrity and compliance across all gaming operations. This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) Policy outlines the standards, internal controls, and monitoring systems implemented to prevent illicit financial activities on our platform.
1. Policy Statement & Compliance Principles
Hoodbet strictly prohibits and rejects the use of its platform, casino titles, and sportsbook services for any form of illicit activity, including money laundering, financing of terrorism, or violations of international trade sanctions. While operating as an entertainment service, Hoodbet actively follows international best practices and recommendations issued by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and relevant gaming regulatory authorities to maintain a secure and compliant gaming environment.
2. No-KYC Account Model & Wagering Requirement
Hoodbet operates on a no-KYC basis. We do not require identity documents, selfies, or proof of address to open an account, place bets, or request a withdrawal — onboarding needs nothing more than an email address and a valid crypto wallet. We deliberately collect the minimum amount of data required to operate the service, and we screen wallet addresses rather than personal identities against sanctions and high-risk-entity data. In place of identity verification, we manage risk through a mandatory wagering requirement: funds that enter the platform must be used for genuine play before they can leave it. Every deposit must be wagered for at least 18% of its value before a withdrawal against the resulting balance can be processed. This turnover requirement is tracked automatically on your account, applies to each deposit individually, and prevents the platform from being used to pass funds straight through without real gameplay. Registration and play remain strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age or accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction.
3. Risk Indicators & Enhanced Review
Because we do not collect identity documents, enhanced review at Hoodbet is based on account behaviour and on-chain activity rather than paperwork. Risk indicators — such as unusually high transaction volumes, mismatched payment origins, deposits withdrawn with little or no genuine play, rapid turnover spikes, zero-risk or hedged betting patterns, or signs of account sharing and collusion — trigger closer scrutiny of the account. Where such indicators appear, we may hold a withdrawal pending review, raise the wagering requirement above the standard 18% for the account concerned, restrict further deposits, return funds to the wallet they originated from, or close the account. Requests for identification documents are not part of our normal process and would only be made where a competent authority legally compels us to do so.
4. Transaction Surveillance & Blockchain Forensics
All deposits, bets, and withdrawals are monitored through automated heuristic systems and blockchain intelligence tools. We actively analyze transaction histories to identify suspicious routing, tumbling attempts, and associations with high-risk crypto entities. Hoodbet enforces a minimum 18% wagering turnover on every deposit prior to withdrawal to prevent the platform from being utilized as a conduit for moving unearned funds.
5. Reporting & Regulatory Enforcement
Hoodbet complies with mandatory reporting protocols. Where suspicious or fraudulent activity is confirmed, our compliance department prepares and files Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with competent authorities and law enforcement bodies. Hoodbet reserves the absolute right to suspend non-compliant accounts, freeze questionable balances pending formal investigation, and reject transactions associated with illicit origins.
